This police officer is trying to arrest a youth while surrounded by several others. He struggles to gain control while standing, which is extremely difficult to do alone. After being punched and falling, he receives a kick to the head which knocks him out.

Handcuffing alone while standing is only feasible if the person is compliant. Handcuffing ranked by difficulty:
- Alone standing <- Extremely difficult
- Alone on ground
- With a partner standing
- With a partner on the ground <- By far, the easiest option!
Double leg takedown to drop on hard surface
Ducks under punch, gets waist/leg and lifts for a slam. Potentially very serious injury.
