This is not malice, but incompetence. People who have very little experience in grappling do not understand how easy it is to break the arm in certain positions. The particular position of this teen’s arm is exactly the same as what is commonly known as a “kimura”:
At least one is shot, likely dead and incredible that more aren’t left in a heap on the ground. Even at very close range (i.e. within reach!), they miss due to lack of skill with their weapons. The result is a pile-up of human beings grappling for control of the guns.
Unknown where this occurred or why.
This man uses a headbutt to change the mind of a person who is posturing and making threats at close range.
